Upstairs, you'll find a convenient wet bar that opens onto a spacious rooftop patio—the perfect setting for sunset cocktails, morning coffee, friendly cornhole tournaments, or gathering with the entire group under the Kentucky sky.

Below the rooftop patio sits our signature feature: a one-of-a-kind 1,000 square foot Saloon Bar. This incredible entertaining space showcases authentic bourbon barrels from a local distillery, reclaimed Kentucky barnwood accents, and oversized garage-style doors that open the space to fresh air and natural light.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, including all six bedrooms, four bathrooms, the saloon bar, rooftop patio, chef's kitchen, and all indoor and outdoor common areas. The property is completely private and is not shared with any other guests or residents.

Please note that a few locked owner/storage closets may be inaccessible to guests. All other areas of the home are available for your enjoyment.
